Follow these steps. It is best to create your account while logged into your server computer.

1. Log in to www.agd.org using your AGD Username and Password
2. Click the Practice Management button
3. Click the AGD Patient Alerts link
4. You will be brought to this page http://www.agdpatientalerts.com/Public/Home.aspx
5. Click "Register Now" on the left of your screen
6. The page will populate with the applicable details required.
7. Please add any details that we were unable to capture
8. Create a unique Username and Password that is only applicable to your AGD Patient Alerts account (this should be different to your AGD username and Password).
9. Log in to your AGD account and download the software. Follow the instructions and if you need help email or call us.

Installation error

Post  drtitus on Sat May 15, 2010 10:00 pm

When I run the ConciergeSetup.exe file I get to a point (after I select the install destination folder and it says 'ready to update you system') where it throws an error -

'Downloading of installation data from the web has failed. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet. Would you like to 1. Try to resume the broken download? or 2. Download a new copy of the data instead?

Both options send me back to the same error screen... and I have full internet and network access. Any ideas?

Thanks!

figured it out... apparently the default install directory was invalid on my server. Just specified a different folder and it worked like a charm.
