On my "dashboard" is says this under microsite:

MicroSite
Page views: 340
Appointment requests: 0
Value generated by AGD Patient Alerts: $339

How can a patient use the microsite to request an appointment?

I have seen that a patient is able to when they receive a recare notice, but there is no button (like the review button) to request an appointment on the microsite.
